Ship of Fools World Premiere Party (1965) TV, USA
Hello Forum members, I just read on IMDb concerning OW that there should be a 90 min TV documentary in color with the title: Ship of Fools World Premiere Party (1965), starring Stanley Kramer, Michael Dunn, Ann Power, Oskar Werner, written and produced by Lou Roller, Stanley Kramer as consulting producer. Filming Locations: Beverly Hills, California. Does any of you know this TV docu??? I have never heard about it before!!! I would be happy for any respons you might have to this topic. :o

I have never heard of it either... maybe it was only shown on TV once in 1965... just for promotion? I mean, how much can you say about a movie premiere? I wonder too, maybe one of our American friends do know a bit more about it.

Yes Nici, I will ask Elizabeth, she lives in California and maybe she can find out. - This band you mention: I think the movie Ship of Fools was re-released not long ago, so maybe a group were inspired by the movie. But it would be nice to find this TV docu, which obviously was made for promotion reasons, it was made before the movie release!

I would like to see this documentary as well. Sounds interesting.

I have some stills probably from this party. But, whether it was actually filmed is something else. The photos I have were on ebay some time ago.
