Movies we recommend
Have seen a good movie lately? Have any movies you can watch over and over again? Something you wanna share, talk about and recommend to us?

I just saw a very good movie called "Random Harvest." The stars were Greer Garson and Ronald Colman. It was very sad, but also happy! I loved it.

Night Tide (1961) A very good independent label B&W film with Dennis Hopper and Linda Lawson. Its a film that I can watch over and over. Definitely one of my personal favorites. It has a very mystically surreal mood to it.

Aspen Extreme (1993) This film was shot on location in Aspen and the scenery is so beautiful. The story is also very good. Even though its a ski film..........Its more about personal soul searching and friendships. I highky recommend it

I like his work but I'm more into Directors than actors. However, Oskar Werner and Patrick Mc Goohan are both masters of the craft that I admire greatly.

I see. Which directors do you like?

I see. Which directors do you like? David Lynch, Cameron Crowe, Steven Speilberg, Alfred Hitchcock, Allison Anders, Curtis Harrington, Francois Truffaut, Francois Ozon, Larry Clark, The Coen Brothers, Harvey Berman.....and many others. Who are some of your favorites?

Sarah- 01-30-2008

Out of your list, I like Truffaut and Hitchcock very much. I've always admired good directors, too, that is why I asked. I have never seen a Coen brothers movie. Which would you recommend?

Out of your list, I like Truffaut and Hitchcock very much. I also like many of Spielberg's movies. I also like Frank Capra (It's A Wondeful Life) and Samuel Fuller, to name two. I've always loved directors, too, that is why I asked. I have never seen a Coen brothers movie. Which would you recommend?Joel and Ethan Coen have made several masterpieces like..... Fargo, Barton Fink, and The Big Lebowski.

I am sorry that I did not reply in so long, and thank-you for the list. :D I will write down these movies, and try to get them.

I particularly like the films of Alfred Hitchcock. They do not become outmoded. And I always laughing with Cinderfella, 1960, of Frank Tashlin with Jerry Lewis. Some scenes are very funny (when there are at the table and that Jerry Lewis is ever-changing clothing). Have you seen this film ? :D Friendly, Marie-Jeanne
