Local Historical Film Society Groups
Does anyone have a local Historical Film Society or similar group in their area? These type of groups usually show old films on the big screen at some of the local cinemas. I'm going to try and get them to show Fahrenheit 451 this spring. Has anyone seen one of Oskar's films in the theatre?

That sounds like a great idea...but as far as I know there is nothing like that close here. There might be in Seattle, though. I did see most of "Voyage of the Dammed" the other night. I recorded what I could, as I'd never seen it before. Got all but the first half hour. Anyway, I might do a little investigating and see if there is anything like what you say in these parts. Good idea.

A lot of theaters in New York City regularly show older films including some of Oskar's. Good sources to check would be the "New Yorker" magazine and "New York" magazine, also the Sunday issue (especially) of "The New York Times" newspaper.
